Our Holiday Message

Family and Friends . . .

Happy holidays and congratulations to all of you who have weathered what will undoubtedly go down in history as one of the most challenging economic years for our Country.

It's during this season that we traditionally look back over the past year and count our blessings, though many might argue that they were few and hard to find in 2008.  As expected, we faced many challenges this year.  If the "experts" are correct, 2009 will be more of the same.  And yet, we find ourselves thankful for many things.

We are thankful that we celebrated our 25th anniversary this year.

As one of the more vulnerable players in our space, the economic crisis gives us some perspective on the financial and credit issue our Country is facing. Yes, this part of the cycle can be painful, but it's also the kind of challenge that tests us personally and professionally.

We thank each of you who took the time this year to drop us an e-mail, letter or phone call.

As customers and friends, we serve the very best!  We will all survive this downturn and lead the industry when it rebounds.  It's one more thing that makes it a pleasure to provide the services we do.

This is a great time to partner and build relationships. We are consistently impressed by the diverse interest of people working in the industry and we'll be forging alliances with many over the years.

As we enter the New Year, we can keep our spirits up with the knowledge that talent, passion and hard work always overcome adversity.

Yep, just when we thought things couldn't get any worse, credit card companies are ready to take the plunge, too, as unemployment rises, and the housing and banking fiascos intensify. Click here to check out the reality of the 4.5% interest rate.

Our holiday wish for each of you is continued success and happiness in the coming year.

Lovingly,
Rita and Ferris Browner
